84bd App Privacy Policy and Data Protection

84bd Data Protection at a glance

What data is included?

The basic information in your account comes first; it includes name, contact details, login history and a summary of settings

84bd App keeps your data neatly separated, so whether you are from Dhaka or another city, you can understand what is shared; records of transactions made with bKash, Nagad and Rocket are shown in a specific section

What information you will see

Profile, device ID, session log and favorites list are shown together, giving a clear idea about data protection

What format is the file available in?

After your export request, data typically arrives in an easy-to-read format, allowing you to open it on your device and quickly review

Reading files in this format is easy; even when data is extracted from an encrypted system, account security remains the same during file delivery

Why this format is used

Data can be verified quickly; using the 84bd APK keeps the same structure, so opening on mobile is hassle-free

How to request data export?

You don't need to fill a separate form; after logging in to 84bd, you can send the request from account settings

Thereafter the support team will verify your identity; if you wish, a notification is sent to the 84bd registered account, so you receive updates step by step

Two simple steps

First log in, then open the data export section and submit the request

If you want faster access, it can be done from the 84bd App itself; many users in Dhaka and Chittagong handle this on their mobile

How long does it take and how will you be informed?

After the request is received, verification usually takes some time; during that time you can see progress in your account panel

Notifications go only to your registered channels, reducing the risk of information reaching unfamiliar hands

What to do while waiting

Check both email and account messages; if you have any questions you can quickly find answers on the 84bd Help page

On local networks, especially during Dhaka's busy times, the process remains simple

What information is not included?

Other users' data never comes to you; system-level security logs are also shown in a concise form

Payment secret data, security keys and internal monitoring details are kept separate, so data protection remains clear, and unnecessary parts are left out

Why limits are needed

This keeps your rights intact, and the 84bd encryption framework remains intact
